NIXLA Accelerator Series

OVERVIEW OF ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

Each accelerator is designed as its own half-day (3-hour) standalone session and learning experience taking place from 4-7 pm EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The first half of each session will begin with a live, ~75-minute virtual lecture with Q&A from a renowned scholar or nationally recognized expert.

During the second half of the session, all participants attend an interactive 75-minute online learning community and strategy workshop.

Participate in this accelerator series as an individual learner or with teams of 5. Each team package you purchase will allow 5 participants access to the respective 3-hour accelerator.

This series is designed to help institutional leaders to develop their DEI plan, improve DEI issues in the classroom, assess climate dynamics, and build new initiatives to overcome equity challenges, institutional racism, and DEI flashpoints defined by race, LGBTQ+, disability, religion, and other dimensions of diversity. Because these accelerators also operate as a system, participants can more precisely plan their personal and professional leadership goals by registering for more than one accelerator, including the entire series.
